Santa Lights the Tree at the Emlen Physick Estate
Saturday, Nov. 22 at 7 pm
The Emlen Physick Estate is located at 1048 Washington Street in Cape May.
Before the tree lighting, enjoy more holiday fun at the Emlen Physick Estate with:
- Free performance of holiday classics by the Congress Street Band from 5:30 to 7 pm
- Free self-guided tour of the Emlen Physick Estate’s first floor
- Free holiday exhibit in the Carroll Gallery inside the Carriage House at the estate
Annual Saphire Tree Lighting at La Mer Beachfront Resort
Saturday, Nov. 29 at 7 pm
La Mer is located at 1317 Beach Ave. in Cape May.
This event features live entertainment, festive drinks, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, and the lighting of the resort’s Christmas tree. While the event is free, guests can purchase tickets to reserve a table on the outdoor terrace by calling 609-884-9000. Cocktails and food available for purchase.
Rotary Park Tree Lighting
Friday, Dec. 5 from 7 pm to 9 pm
Caroling, tree lighting and a special visit from Santa Claus!

West Cape May Tree Lighting Ceremony at Wilbraham Park

Congress Hall Tree Lighting on the Grand Lawn
Friday, Dec. 5 from 6 pm to 9 pm
Congress Hall is located at 200 Congress Place in downtown Cape May.
